EASY WALNUT COFFEE CAKE WITH HONEY

 Years ago, I was baffled when I first saw a coffee cake recipe without any coffee in it. I soon discovered that these cakes are simply meant to pair well with a coffee or tea break. I love baking, but I rarely have time to make elaborate cakes, which is why coffee cakes are the most common recipes you'll find on my blog. This time, it's an autumn cake with walnuts! 

 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking mold with baking/parchment paper.
 2. Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat together until the mixture is light and fluffy.
 3. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking mold with baking paper.
 4. Bake in the preheated oven until cooked through. To test, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake. If it comes out dry and clean, the cake is done.
