So, my best friend, who "stalked" me on my WhatsApp status, sent me a text: "Someone is enjoying herself a lot these days—non-stop partying!" Busted! It’s been a blur of catch-ups, cooking, eating, hugs, kisses, and plenty of laughter.
After so many years of trying to find a permanent place to belong, I’ve finally learned the art of not giving a fuck. I will always be searching for a job, I will always feel like a bit of an outsider, and occasionally, I will doubt myself. It is normal! I will be like water, following the small stream and excited to see where I can go and what I can reach. I have decided to do WHATEVER MAKES ME HAPPY. I will work on projects that stimulate me; I will be with people who inspire me. If I face rejection, no problem! I will wish you all the best with your choice, smile, and keep on walking. Life is too short!
This is a combination of my innovative hydroponic greenhouse project and my hobby—cooking. Greek basil straight from our farm mixed with pasta, feta cheese, and olives. What a lovely meal: simple and genuinely flavorful.
Many friends have asked how I started with Armonia (the greenhouse project). It is a lovely story, and I will save it for my next post! Now, enjoy the recipe! Greek-pasta1.jpg698 KB
