Salatine is a very common finger food for aperitif. People often have this yummy (and fatty) food for a small drink before having their dinner. If you can find puff pastry in supermarkets, then this dish is easy peasy because making puff from scratch is tiresome! (but very gratifying too!).

Puff pastry. I recommend using 2 puff layers to have high and layered finger food! You want your puff crispy!
Smoked pancetta
Some nuts
Any favorite spread that you wanna have, such as olive spread.

For pancetta rolls: Lay 2 pieces of puff on top of each other. Lay pancetta on, roll it. then cut into rolls around 1.5 cm thick.
For spreads: instead of pancetta, spread your favorite spread and lay some nuts on it. Roll it, and cut it into rolls.
For sticks: just cut the puff and twist it.
Put them in a baking tray with baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius till they are golden. Turn off the heat and serve hot or cold, which is fine! DO NOT cover your puff, it would make your salatine humid and not crispy anymore!
