200 gr of butter
200 gr of sugar
3 eggs
250 gr of flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150 gr of unsweetened yogurt
400 gr of apples (approximately 3 medium apples)
100 gr chocolate drops

Cách làm

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsiu
Cream together 200 gr of butter and 200 gr of sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Stir in 150 grams of unsweetened yogurt.

Fold in 400 grams of peeled and diced apples (approximately 3 medium apples).
Pour this batter into a greased cake tin.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
