CHOCOLATE ORANGE COOKIE

Nguyên liệu
- 250 grams of flour
- 90 grams of butter
- 100 grams of ground sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
Cách làm
- Mix the ingredients quickly to combine them.
- Shape the dough into cookies and let them rest for at least 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough (it might be slightly crumbly, be patient! :p) or preferably shape the cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Then use a fork to create lines on the surface of the cookies.
- *You can spread the homemade orange jam on top of the cookies before baking, just like I did. Those who want can do the same.
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the cookies are cooked.
- To cool the cookies completely, place them in an airtight container.
