BRAISED CHICKEN IN SOY SAUCE

Nguyên liệu
  • Boneless chicken thighs
  • Soy sauce
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Minced garlic
  • Minced ginger
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil

Cách làm
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Use your hands to mix and massage the meat to ensure it absorbs the flavors.
  • Cover the bowl and let it marinate for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Heat a pan over high heat. Place the chicken on the pan, starting with the skin side down for frying.
  • Once the skin is golden brown, flip the chicken pieces. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Pour in the remaining marinade and a little water. Continue cooking until the chicken is tender, about 15 minutes. The sauce should also thicken.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and slice it.
  • Serve the chicken over a bowl of steamed white rice. And voila! You can invite your friends to enjoy two bowls each, and maybe increase it to two kilograms the next day! Hahaha! 😝
