An apple full of apple, 700gr of apple with only less than 100gr of flour. Apple fans cannot complain anymore! The amazing thing of this cake is it is super fresh, moist, the texture is creamy like there is pastry cream inside (which is not! this cake is super duper easy to make!). Clean Golden apples 700 g
Eggs (medium) 2
Whole milk 110 g
Butter 50 g
Sugar 70 g
All-purpose flour 70 g
Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon

Peel the apples and remove the core: the weight should be 700 g after cleaning.
Slice the apples very thinly and set them aside.
Heat the milk and butter over medium heat, until the butter melts.
Then let it cool slightly. Meanwhile, beat the eggs
Add sugar together with cinnamon (or lemon zest) and salt.
Add flour and mix to incorporate. Finally, gradually pour and mix the milk and butter mixture. The mixture should be smooth and without lumps
Lastly, add the sliced apples and gently stir to coat them in the batter. Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Smooth the surface slightly.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 190°C for about 45 minutes or until the surface is golden and caramelized. Allow the creamy apple cake to cool before serving.
You can store the creamy apple cake in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
