Nguyên liệu
  • Beef tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Chopped onion
  • Onion cut into wedges
  • Tomato cut into small pieces
  • Carrot peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Flour
  • Bay leaves
  • Finely chopped parsley leaves
  • Red wine 
Cách làm
  • Mix the beef with salt, pepper, and seasoning powder if desired.
  • Coat the beef with flour so that it has a layer of flour on the outside. This method helps the beef to be tender, juicy, and the sauce to be moderately thick.
  • Sauté the beef in a pan with a little oil until it is seared, then transfer it to a plate. No need to cook the beef through!
  • Sauté the chopped onion and carrot until fragrant.
  • Add the red wine, then the beef, tomatoes, and bay leaves. Cover and simmer until tender.
  • When the beef is cooked, season again to taste.
  • Add the onion wedges. Stir well and turn off the heat.
  • Transfer the beef to a bowl, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Drizzle a little olive oil on top for appeal.
  • Done!
