- Chopped onion
- Onion cut into wedges
- Tomato cut into small pieces
- Carrot peeled, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
- Bay leaves
- Finely chopped parsley leaves
- Red wine
Cách làm
- Mix the beef with salt, pepper, and seasoning powder if desired.
- Coat the beef with flour so that it has a layer of flour on the outside. This method helps the beef to be tender, juicy, and the sauce to be moderately thick.

- Sauté the beef in a pan with a little oil until it is seared, then transfer it to a plate. No need to cook the beef through!
- Sauté the chopped onion and carrot until fragrant.
- Add the red wine, then the beef, tomatoes, and bay leaves. Cover and simmer until tender.
- When the beef is cooked, season again to taste.
