Mix flour, water, and cooking oil together. Knead the dough for 15 minutes. Add the fresh yeast. Knead for an additional 5 minutes. Shape it into a loaf. Cover it. Let it rise for 2 hours if it's summer, or until the dough doubles in size.
Punch down the dough. Knead it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Shape it into a loaf. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Use a knife to make cross cuts on the bread or decorate as desired.
Brush a little water on the cut surface of the decorative part.
Preheat the oven to the highest temperature. In my case, the highest temperature is 230 degrees Celsius.
Put the bread in the oven and bake. After 30 minutes, you can quickly check the bread. Continue baking until the bread has a beautiful golden brown crust.
