BRISE PASTRY FOR ALL SAVOURY PIES

Giới thiệu

Brisè is a type of French pastry, super delicious with a delicate, crunchy texture, adaptable for both sweet and salty cake. To make Brisè is simple, and it requires essential ingredients. 
Nguyên liệu
  • 200 gr multipurpose flour
  • 100 gr butter (cold in fridge)
  • 70 gr cold water
  • a pinch of salt 
Cách làm
  • Put flour and butter in a food processor let it work for some second till the flour and butter mix together (but not melting)
  • Lay the flour on the table, make a volcano shape, slowly add water, and use your hand to knead them quickly in 1 min. 
  • Make a ball, cover it with cling film, and let it rest in the fridge for at least 40 mins. 
  • Then Brisè is ready
