CRUMBLED BANANA MUFFIN

CRUMBLED BANANA MUFFIN

Giới thiệu

I had three bananas at home that no one was eating. So, I had to step in and make some banana muffins to use them up. In Italy, we usually import bananas from South America. They're similar to the ripe bananas from Vietnam, with a pleasant aroma, but they don't taste as good as our Vietnamese bananas. So, if anyone uses Vietnamese bananas for this, it's going to be heavenly!! :D
This muffin is considered a "less harmful to health" treat because it contains a high amount of oat bran. I used wholemeal flour, so it also has a lot of fiber and such. If you don't have wholemeal flour, using white flour is also okay!
