Fried Chicken Thighs with a hometown touch is PHENOMENAL!
Nguyên liệu
6 chicken thighs, washed and dried thoroughly. For crispy chicken, it must be really dry!
4 tablespoons of flour
100 grams of unsalted butter
5 large garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
Finely chopped chili
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
About 3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar (golden brown for a nice color)
Cucumber
Tomato
Salad for garnish
Cách làm
Dredge the chicken thighs in flour.
If using an air fryer, place them in and cook until crispy and done.
If frying in oil, heat a large amount of oil in a pot until hot. Test with chopsticks—when bubbles form around the chopsticks, the oil is ready. Add the chicken and fry until golden and crispy. Drain the oil.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the chopped garlic and chili. When the garlic becomes fragrant, add the fish sauce and sugar, stirring quickly for 1 minute until the mixture thickens. Add the chicken and stir well for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
Tip: For best results, serve this dish right after cooking. If short on time, you can prepare the sauce and fry the chicken in advance. When ready to serve, reheat the chicken in a 180°C (350°F) oven for 10 minutes. Warm the sauce and mix it with the chicken.
Place the chicken on a plate, garnish with salad, tomato, and cucumber.
