800g sesame seeds (I used black sesame seeds, but white sesame seeds work just fine too!)
10 sheets of Nori (seaweed)
A pinch of salt
Cách làm
Roast the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds over low heat until fragrant.
When the sunflower seeds turn slightly golden and start to pop, tear the Nori into small pieces and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
Put the mixture in a blender, add a pinch of salt.
Blend until smooth.
Place the mixture in a clean jar, seal it tightly, and when serving, use a clean spoon to scoop it out.
Enjoy your meal (this dish is easy, and everyone can make it successfully, so no need to wish for success anymore)!
P.S.: Oh, for this dish, I cooked sticky rice and bulgur wheat. Bulgur wheat is an excellent source of protein for vegetarians. However, to have a complete protein source, it's recommended to consume bulgur with rice. That's why I mixed it with sticky rice because I'm a vegetarian!
