Slice the strawberries into medium-sized pieces.
Add the sugar.
Add the lemon juice.
Gently mix together.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Be careful, it is recommended to use 600W power for 30 seconds, stir, repeat the process several times until the chocolate melts. It is important to stir multiple times to avoid burning the chocolate. If you prefer to melt the chocolate using a double boiler, be careful not to let any water or water drops enter the chocolate!
Dip the fresh strawberries in dark chocolate and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Pour the white chocolate into a pastry bag fitted with a flower decorating tip and create small white dots on the dark chocolate. Wait for the chocolate to solidify to complete the process.
Place the fresh strawberries macerated with sugar on the filling.
Spread the whipped cream on the surface of the cake.
