Cách làm
  •  Beat the eggs with sugar, salt, and pepper until well mixed. There's no need to whisk until frothy; just ensure the salt and sugar dissolve in the eggs.
  • Heat a pan and add cooking oil. When the pan is hot, pour in the eggs to cover the entire surface of the pan. 
  •  Use chopsticks to stir the eggs slightly, helping them spread out and cook faster (watch the video for a clearer view).
  • Place the nori seaweed on top.
  • Use a spatula to roll the eggs up.
  • Transfer to a plate.
  • Cut into slices.
  • Serve hot with rice and chili sauce.
