- Carrot, julienned
- Daikon radish, julienned (this time I don't have any, so I skipped it)
- For every 1 tablespoon of sugar, use 1 tablespoon of vinegar (adjust the amount of sugar and vinegar according to the amount of carrot)
Cách làm
- Mix everything together and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- The pickled vegetables will release water, so there is no need to add extra water.
- When eating, drain the vegetables before serving.
