PORK RIBS IN TOMATO SAUCE

This dish is extremely rice-consuming and easy to make. Whether Western or Asian, it's irresistibly good. Whenever I cook it for my husband's family of 10, I use 2 large pans to make sure everyone is satisfied.

Nguyên liệu
  • Pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces (In Italy, they don't cut them as small as in Vietnam; they keep them whole like this).
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped garlic
  • Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
Cách làm
  • Add the ribs to a pan and cook until the fat is rendered.
  • Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant for 5 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
  • Then add salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Add a little water.
  • Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally to ensure the meat absorbs the seasoning.
  • Remove from heat, and sprinkle with a little green onion for garnish.
  • Serve hot with rice.
