This dish is extremely rice-consuming and easy to make. Whether Western or Asian, it's irresistibly good. Whenever I cook it for my husband's family of 10, I use 2 large pans to make sure everyone is satisfied.
Nguyên liệu
Pork ribs, cut into bite-sized pieces (In Italy, they don't cut them as small as in Vietnam; they keep them whole like this).
Chopped onion
Chopped garlic
Fresh tomatoes, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Cách làm
Add the ribs to a pan and cook until the fat is rendered.
Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.
Then add salt, pepper, and sugar.
Add a little water.
Cover and simmer until the meat is tender, stirring occasionally to ensure the meat absorbs the seasoning.
Remove from heat, and sprinkle with a little green onion for garnish.
