AMAZING YET SIMPLE RECIPE FOR A QUICK MEAL!!!
I use instant noodles, so they don't stick together but remain separate, which is perfect for stir-frying. :)
There are 4 key ingredients: Instant noodle, shrimps, squid and and bok choy. You can definitely add more vegetable into the recipe, such as cabbage, broccoli, and beansprout!

Instant Noodles: Instant noodles are a popular and convenient food choice due to their quick cooking time. However, they are often deep-fried during the manufacturing process, which can increase their fat content. Additionally, they are typically high in sodium and lack essential nutrients, providing what is often referred to as "empty calories." This means they can contribute to your daily calorie intake without offering much nutritional value. For a healthier alternative, consider substitifying instant noodles with whole grain noodles, which are higher in fiber and can provide more nutrients.

Shrimp: Shrimp is a low-calorie protein source that is rich in various nutrients. It is an excellent source of iodine, an essential mineral required for proper thyroid function and brain health. Additionally, shrimp provides a good amount of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health. It's also high in several vitamins and minerals, including selenium and vitamin B12.

Squid: Squid is a good source of protein and also provides several other nutrients, including Vitamin B12, which is essential for maintaining healthy blood cells and helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system. It is also rich in minerals like zinc, copper, and selenium. However, squid can be high in cholesterol, so it should be eaten in moderation.

Bok Choy: Bok choy is a type of Chinese cabbage that is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, and K. These vitamins are essential for eye health, immune function, and blood clotting respectively. It's also a good source of fiber, which aids in digestion and helps maintain a healthy weight. Bok choy is low in calories and can be a nutritious addition to any meal.

  • Noodles (instant noodle / ramen works well too!)
  • Shrimp
  • Squid
  • Bok choy
Cách làm
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant, add the vegetables and chopped cabbage, stir-fry over high heat to keep the vegetables colorful and crisp. Then add the cooked noodles, season with a bit of salt and pepper, and transfer to a separate bowl.

  • Sauté a few more garlic cloves, add the shrimp and seafood, season with salt, and stir-fry quickly until cooked through. Pour the seafood over the noodles.

  • Done. :)
