TOASTED EGG SANDWICH WITH AND AVOCADO

- Whole grain bread sandwich
- Butter
- Chicken egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of peeled garlic for those who enjoy a subtle garlic scent.
Cách làm
- Grilled bread in a pan until both sides turn golden evenly.
- Immediately rub garlic on the bread surface, it will have a very fragrant garlic aroma but avoid using large garlic pieces as it will be too overpowering.
- Place sliced butter on top.
- Prepare a pot of water on the stove, once the water starts boiling, gently add the egg. Do not stir, wait for about 1 minute until the yolk is slightly cooked (when it turns white). After approximately 1.5 minutes, when the yolk has turned white and thick, carefully scoop it out and place it on the buttered bread.
- Use a knife to cut the egg and let it melt attractively.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
- This dish is perfect for impressing someone. It looks really enticing. Anyone who sees it will be easily impressed. Hehe!
