Cho tất cả nguyên liệu phần cốt bánh vào thố. Đánh mịn trong 1 phút.
Pour the mixture into a mold. If using a stainless steel mold, grease it with butter and dust it with flour to prevent sticking. If using silicone like me, this step is not necessary.
Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes. Insert a toothpick; if it comes out dry, it's done.
Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the mold. Especially with a silicone mold, if you remove the cake when it's still hot or warm, it might stick and not look as good.
Mix the glaze ingredients together, stirring for 3 minutes.
Pour the glaze over the cake.
This cake is perfect for enjoying with tea or as a snack. :D
