Carota, tagliata a julienne
Ravanello daikon, tagliato a julienne (questa volta non ne ho, quindi l'ho saltato)
Per ogni 1 cucchiaio di zucchero, usare 1 cucchiaio di aceto (regolare la quantità di zucchero e aceto in base alla quantità di carote)
Cách làm
- Mescola tutto insieme e lascia riposare per almeno 30 minuti.
- Le verdure sott'aceto rilasceranno acqua, quindi non è necessario aggiungere acqua extra.
- Al momento di servire, scola le verdure prima di servire.
