- Carciofi grigliati
- Patate dolci bianche (Non mi piace il tipo a buccia rossa; la loro polpa non è soda e a volte troppo umida!)
- Olio d'oliva

- Aglio
Cách làm
- *Con carciofi freschi, taglia il gambo, sbuccia alcuni petali esterni, bollili per circa 20 minuti. Lasciali raffreddare, sbuccia il resto dei petali fino ad arrivare al "cuore", la parte morbida ed edibile.
- Sbuccia e taglia le patate dolci in pezzi morsi.
- Metti una padella sul fornello, versa dell'olio e metti le patate dolci, copri con un coperchio, cuocile a fuoco basso, mescolando occasionalmente fino a quando diventano morbide.
- Aggiungi i carciofi, l'aglio schiacciato, condisci con un po' di sale. Cuoci a fuoco alto per circa 5 minuti.
- Spegni il fuoco e servi caldo.
