The powder is made by drying and grinding the fruit, concentrating its beneficial properties. Gac fruit is particularly rich in beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A) and lycopene, both powerful antioxidants that support eye health, skin health, and immune function. It also contains high levels of vitamin C, which boosts immunity and promotes healthy skin. Gac fruit powder can be used as a natural food coloring or added to smoothies, teas, or baked goods to enhance their nutritional value.   • 260g unsweetened milk
  • 130g water
  • 50g sugar
  • 550g flour
  • 60g butter
  • 7g dry yeast or 10g fresh yeast
  • 1 tablespoon gac fruit powder or red winter coloring
  • 200g raisins 
Cách làm
  • Add flour, sugar, water, milk, gac powder / food coloring to a bowl, and mix well. Note that the dough will be very sticky. This time, I'm using a fairly loose dough. If you have a mixer, use it.
  • Add yeast and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Add room temperature butter and knead for another 5-7 minutes.
  • Cover tightly and let the dough rise until it doubles or triples in size.
  • Punch down the dough and add raisins. Knead well.
  • Put the dough into cupcake molds or any available mold. Note that the dough should only fill about 1/2 to 2/3 of the mold, as the bread will expand further. 
  •  Let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Bake until golden brown; the baking time will vary depending on the size of the bread. For muffin-sized bread, it takes about 10-15 minutes to bake.
  • Take out and let cool.
  • You can store the bread in plastic bags and freeze it. When you want to eat it, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Do not reheat in the microwave, as it will ruin the bread!
