Cách làm
In a large mixing bowl, combine your flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Gradually add in the warm water, stirring the mixture as you go until a dough begins to form.
Once the dough has formed, transfer it onto a floured surface and knead for approximately 10 minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Divide your kneaded dough into pieces roughly the size of your fist. Roll out each piece to a round disc, about half a centimeter thick.
Add a handful of shredded or thin slices of mozzarella cheese to one half of each rolled out dough disc, avoiding the very edge of the circle.
Fold the dough discs in half, over the cheese, like a half-moon. Pinch and fold the edges to seal the cheese within the dough.
Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese.
Heat your cast iron skillet over high heat, and add enough olive oil to generously coat the bottom of the skillet.
Carefully place your half-moon shaped dough pieces into the skillet, cooking in batches if needed. Allow to cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes
Flip the dough and cook another 3-5 minutes on the other side.
For an additional flavor kick, sprinkle some garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano on top of the bread after you flip it.
Once cooked, allow your pull apart bread to slightly cool before serving. Enjoy!
This Mozzarella-Stuffed Pull Apart bread is perfect for a cozy dinner party appetizer, an afternoon snack, or even a fun dinner side dish. Enjoy its delectable gooeyness straight from the pan!
