This is an easy and nutritious dish. If served Western-style, it’s a side dish; if served in the traditional way, it’s a stir-fried vegetable dish and suitable for vegetarians. My family loves it. I find carrots to be kid-friendly because they are sweet. This time, after pan-searing the carrots, I added a few pieces of homemade Japanese furikake for extra flavor and visual appeal.
Nguyên liệu
Peel the carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Crush the garlic.
Japanese furikake (homemade recipe for Japanese furikake is here).
Cách làm
Sauté the garlic in oil until fragrant.
Add the carrots and stir-fry until they are cooked through and slightly caramelized.
