PASTA BRISÉE PER TUTTE LE CROSTATE SALATE

Nguyên liệu
  • 200 g di farina per tutti gli usi
  • 100 g di burro (tenuto in frigorifero, freddo)
  • 70 g di acqua fredda
  • Un pizzico di sale

Cách làm
  • Metti la farina e il burro in un robot da cucina e lasciali lavorare per alcuni secondi finché la farina e il burro si mescolano insieme, senza che il burro si sciolga completamente.
  • Stendi la farina sul tavolo, creando una forma a vulcano, aggiungi lentamente l'acqua e usa le mani per impastare rapidamente per 1 minuto. 
  • Forma una palla, coprila con della pellicola trasparente e lasciala riposare in frigorifero per almeno 40 minuti. 
  • A questo punto, la pasta brisè è pronta.
