  • 240 ml cooking oil
  • 4-5 large garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1 small piece of ginger (about 2.5 cm), peeled and sliced
  • 240 ml chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 60 g dried garlic
  • 60 g dried shallots
  • 5 ml salt (adjust to taste)
  • 15 ml sugar (adjust to taste) 
Cách làm
Make the Aromatic Oil:
  1. Heat the cooking oil in a pot over medium heat (around 175°C).
  2. Add the peeled garlic cloves and sliced ginger to the hot oil.
  3. Let the garlic and ginger cook in the oil for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden.
Strain the Oil:
  1. Use a strainer to remove the garlic and ginger from the oil.
  2. Discard these pieces or use them in another dish if desired.
Combine with Dry Ingredients:
  1. In a separate bowl, combine the chili powder, dried garlic slices, dried shallot slices, salt, and sugar.
  1. While the oil is still hot, carefully pour the hot oil into the mixture of dry ingredients.
  2. Stir and mix well to ensure the dry ingredients absorb the aromatic oil evenly.
