Cách làm
1. Coat the ossobuco slices evenly with cornstarch.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butte 3. Place the ossobuco slices in the skillet and brown each side for about 5 minutes. 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until fragrant.
5. Season with a pinch of salt.
6. Pour in white wine. I usually use about 300-400ml for two large ossobuco slices.
7. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 hours until the meat is tender. Add a little water if the liquid evaporates.
8. Once the meat is cooked, turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped parsley over the top.
